you can cancel your booking 30 days before the sprint starts. after that, please understand that we don't do refunds, because we are planning the sprint with you and your team in mind and invest a good amount of time.but if for any reason you struggle to get your team together, you can always talk to us, so that we can try to help you to find a solution.

yes and no.all modules, in which we as coaches participate directly (e.g. the classrooms and the coaching zones) are online, live and in video conferences.in the creator spaces though, you decide where to create and build and test, while we will give you the tools to support your innovative products and solutions.

+ what does erstfeld mean?

literally: being the first in the field. the idea came to us when we travelled through switzerland. suddenly the train broke and stopped – at a little train station between huge snowy mountains. we needed a new solution to come home and looked around. the name of the station was: erstfeld.
